Is anyone out there??? I need HELP!!

I signed up to be included in a knitting webring, and while I was approved, I cannot be included in the webring until I can get their banner up on my blog. I've tried doing this, and each time, their banner comes out messed up and without the picture of the sheep on the banner. I have tried over and over and over. I copy their html and place as I should, and each time, this happens. I don't know what else to do. I am at my wit's end! Am I doing something wrong? And is there some other way to do this?
